Every AI video tool does roughly the same thing now. The differentiator isn't the model — it's whether someone feels like this one was made for them.
A niche video generator is a commodity. A personal film studio is a destination. I bet that the right brand could close that gap.
The Work
One core decision defined this project.
The rebrand wasn't cosmetic. I redesigned what Zopia claimed to be, from tool to studio, from feature to feeling. The wordmark, the landing page, the visual language were all built around one idea: this should feel like cinema, not software. The typemark shipped. The strategic direction held even as execution evolved.
