The Bet
Stackie

Stackie

Built from nothing.
Designed to hold everything.

The Bet

Most second-brain tools are designed for filing. I wanted to design for intention, so the AI asks what you're trying to build, then organizes everything around that. The bet was: if the structure feels alive, people come back.

The Work

Two design decisions shaped this product along the way.

From intention to interface

Nobody opens a blank note app and feels inspired. I designed the onboarding around a single question: what are you building right now? Everything after that, your stacks, your widgets, your streaks, is organized around your answer. The product orients itself to you, not the other way around.

Widgets that tell the story

Data shouldn't live in lists. I designed a widget system that turns your inputs, streaks, counters, mood logs, into visual snapshots of your life. The goal was to make your progress feel like something you'd want to look at, not audit.

The Impact

0→1, fully shipped. The product is the proof.
